These terms describe use of the Ability Focus Unlimited, Inc website, Thought Enigma publication, and optional SMS program. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Website and publication

Our website provides introductory information, articles, reflections, and videos about thought, understanding, personal growth, and community. Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It does not guarantee a particular result or replace advice from a qualified professional for your individual circumstances.

You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse forms, impersonate others, submit another person's phone number without authorization, interfere with the service, or reproduce our content commercially without permission. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Ability Focus Unlimited SMS program

You may choose either or both of these message categories:

We send messages only for categories you affirmatively select. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Both choices are optional, are not preselected, and are not a condition of purchase. Submitting a form without choosing a category does not enroll you in SMS updates. You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your selected categories, requests, and community activities. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Ask your wireless provider about your plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the SMS program. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. After that, we will not send additional program texts unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in through our SMS preferences form. Reply HELP for help, or contact andrew@abilityfocusunlimited.com. Notify us if you no longer control the number you used to enroll.

Privacy

We handle contact details and consent records as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Memberships and external links

Submitting an SMS preference form does not purchase a membership or grant access to protected content. Any paid service or membership will state its own price, scope, cancellation conditions, and applicable terms before purchase. Linked websites and embedded media are provided by independent services with their own terms.

Availability and changes

We may revise site content or discontinue features. We aim to keep information accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Updated terms will be posted here with an effective date. Changes do not expand your SMS consent to new message categories without your agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
