Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026
Ability Focus Unlimited, Inc ("Ability Focus Unlimited," "we," "us") operates this website, Thought Enigma, and our community communications. This policy explains how we handle information provided through these services.
Information we collect
When you contact us or submit a form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, message, and communication preferences. When you choose SMS updates, we also retain consent choices, submission records, and available source and timestamp information. Our hosting and communication providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and access logs to operate and protect the services.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, provide member support, manage community activities, maintain consent and opt-out records, and protect our services. If you separately choose promotional SMS, we may send announcements about Thought Enigma, community events, membership opportunities, and offers. We use each SMS consent choice only for the message category it describes.
SMS privacy and consent
SMS consent is voluntary. Marketing and support/reminder consent are collected separately through optional, unchecked boxes. Providing a phone number or submitting a form alone does not authorize promotional texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in records and consent are not sold, transferred, or shared for another party's messaging program. Service providers that help us operate our own program may process this information only on our behalf and as needed to provide those services.
Service providers and disclosures
We use providers for website hosting, email, contact management, forms, and messaging, including Netlify, Zoho, and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. They may process information needed to deliver those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the security of our services. These disclosures do not authorize third-party marketing using SMS consent.
Cookies and external services
Our service providers and embedded forms may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, and session management. Links and embedded media, including YouTube videos, may take you to services governed by their own privacy policies. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect embedded features.
Your choices
Reply STOP to opt out of our SMS program. Reply HELP for assistance, or email andrew@abilityfocusunlimited.com. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through that email. We may need to verify your request and retain records required for legal obligations or to honor an opt-out.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the requested services, document consent, honor communication preferences, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through a general contact or SMS preference form.
Children
Our SMS program is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. For privacy questions, contact Ability Focus Unlimited, Inc at andrew@abilityfocusunlimited.com. See our Terms & Conditions for SMS program details.
